Rules

Ankh OT is an online role-playing game in which thousands of players from all over the world meet every day. To ensure that the game is fun for everyone, Ankh OT expects all players to behave reasonably and respectfully.

Ankh OT reserves the right to stop destructive behavior in the game, on the official website, or in any other part of Ankh OT's services. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, the following offenses:

1.	Advertising Other OT Servers
	Advertising other OT servers in any of Ankh OT's communication channels will result in a permanent ban of all your accounts, as well as their deletion.

2.	Hacking
	We are not responsible for cases where the player leaves their account vulnerable, such as using the same login as other servers or not activating the authenticator. However, if an incident occurs, we will conduct a detailed analysis of the situation and take necessary measures.

3.	Insults or Discriminatory/Racist Behavior
	Any form of social, racial, religious, gender, or sexual orientation discrimination, as well as racism, whether through insults or simulation, will result in a permanent ban of all accounts used by the offender's IP, with no right to appeal. Tolerance for this topic is zero.

4.	Offensive Names
	Names that are offensive or harm the image of any person or the server will result in the deletion of the character.

5.	Disrespect to the Server Staff
	Refusing to cooperate with the staff to maintain a good environment on the server, disrespecting, or hindering communication between players and staff will result in a ban, which may be temporary or permanent, depending on the severity of the situation and the player's actions.

6.	RMT (Real Money Trade)
	The exchange of any content obtained in the game, such as KKs, TCs, characters, or items, for real money is strictly prohibited within our server. Violation of this rule will result in a ban for both parties involved (buyer and seller).

7.	False Rumors
	Creating or spreading false rumors about the server or its staff, such as fake alerts of resets or server closures, will result in strict punishment.

8.	Bug Abuse
	Exploiting server flaws or its dependencies to gain in-game advantages is strictly prohibited. The punishment will be determined based on the severity of the bug and how it was caused. If the error involves manipulation of the game's economy, such as item cloning, KK’s, or Tibia Coins, all involved accounts may be permanently deleted.

9.	Official Information
	The official sources of information for our server are the website and Discord. Any rumor or gossip that does not come from these channels should be considered false and immediately denied.

10.	Account Sharing
	Although you are free to share your account with friends, we recommend that only you have access to it. Many players lose their items or progress by trusting in-game colleagues, which can result in theft.

11.	Impersonating Staff Members
	It is strictly prohibited to impersonate a member of the Ankh OT staff, and the offense will result in the immediate deletion of your account.

12.	Stream Promotion
	You are allowed to promote your stream link in specific channels, as long as you are streaming our server. Inappropriate promotion may result in punishments, such as muting in communication channels or, in more severe recurring cases, temporary bans.

13.	Donations
	When making a donation to the server, you are aware that this is a way to help and contribute to the continuity of the server, and you understand that you are donating to the server and, as a form of bonus and gratitude, you will receive a certain amount of Tibia Coins corresponding to the value of your donation.
13.1	Attempted Fraud/Scam
	As is known throughout the Tibian world, for those who maliciously attempt to deceive, manipulate, or defraud during their donations, such as by sending fake payment receipts or canceling payments afterward, and if it is possible to be traced, the accounts/characters linked to the fraudster's IP WILL BE DELETED, including tracking possible item sales, which will also be deleted.

14.	Multiclient (MC)
	The use of multiclient is allowed, with up to 2 characters per IP simultaneously. It is allowed for use in the same hunt, but it is forbidden for PVP. It is only allowed for use in hunts, dungeons, and bosses. If it is detected that the player/IP is violating these rules, all linked accounts may be banned, regardless of whether they are directly involved in the violation.
14.1	Bypassing Multiclient Rules
	If it is identified that the player uses methods to bypass or mask the violation of rule 14, such as the use of proxies, VPNs, or programs that allow control of other computers from a single location, the punishment will be equivalent to the use of MC.
14.2	Use of MC in PVP
	The use of MC in PVP is strictly prohibited. This includes: assisting in PVP, interacting with your character or another player's character while another of your characters is present in the same area, trapping another player to help your character, transporting items such as refills or any other item for your character using another character, using multiple characters to induce other players to obtain frags/kills with MC.

15.	Traps
	It is forbidden to block the exit of Protection Zones, except when the objective is to lose PK/PZ, in which case the passage must be released immediately after. Blocking the Protection Zone to hunt or create PVP situations within the zone is also strictly prohibited.

PUNISHMENTS	Punishments will be at the discretion of the Staff and may be temporary or permanent.

BOT	The use of bots is allowed.

Violating or attempting to violate the Ankh OT Rules may lead to a temporary suspension of characters and accounts. In severe cases, the removal or modification of character skills, attributes, and belongings, as well as the permanent removal of characters and accounts without any compensation, may be considered. The sanction is based on the seriousness of the rule violation and the previous record of the player. It is determined at the sole discretion of Ankh OT and can be imposed without any previous warning.

These rules may be changed at any time. All changes will be announced on the official website.

Ankh OT é um jogo de interpretação de personagens online no qual milhares de jogadores do mundo todo se encontram diariamente. Para garantir que o jogo seja divertido para todos, o Ankh OT espera que todos os jogadores se comportem de maneira razoável e respeitosa.

O(a) Ankh OT reserva o direito de interromper comportamentos destrutivos no jogo, no site oficial ou em qualquer outra parte dos serviços oferecidos. Tais comportamentos incluem, mas não se limitam aos seguintes delitos:

1.	Propaganda de Outros Servidores OT
	A divulgação de outros servidores OT em qualquer um dos canais de comunicação do servidor Ankh OT resultará em banimento permanente de todas as suas contas, além da exclusão das mesmas.

2.	Hacking
	Não nos responsabilizamos por casos em que o jogador deixe sua conta vulnerável, como utilizar o mesmo login de outros servidores ou não ativar o autenticador. No entanto, caso ocorra um incidente, realizaremos uma análise detalhada de toda a situação e tomaremos as medidas necessárias.

3.	Insultos ou Atitudes Discriminatórias/Racistas
	É expressamente proibido qualquer tipo de discriminação social/racial/religiosa/de gênero/opção sexual, bem como o racismo, sendo ela insultos ou simulação para tal, a penalidade para este tópico, banimento permanente das contas que já foram utilizadas pelo IP do infrator, sem direito a recurso. Assim, ficando claro que a tolerância para este tópico é 0 (zero).

4.	Nomes Ofensivos
	Nomes que sejam ofensivos ou que prejudiquem a imagem de qualquer pessoa ou do servidor resultarão em punição em delete do personagem.

5.	Desacato à Equipe do Servidor
	Recusar-se a cooperar com a equipe para manter um bom ambiente no servidor, faltar com respeito ou dificultar a comunicação entre jogadores e staff resultará em banimento, que poderá ser temporário ou permanente, dependendo da gravidade da situação e das ações do jogador.

6.	RMT (Real Money Trade)
	A troca de qualquer conteúdo obtido no jogo, como KKs, TCs, personagens ou itens, por dinheiro real é estritamente proibida dentro de nosso servidor. A violação dessa regra resultará no banimento para ambas as partes envolvidas (comprador e vendedor).

7.	Falsos Boat
	Criar ou divulgar boatos falsos sobre o servidor ou sua equipe, como alertas falsos de reset ou fechamento do servidor, resultará em uma punição rigorosa.

8.	Abuso de Bugs
	Explorar falhas no servidor ou em suas dependências para obter vantagens no jogo é absolutamente proibido. A punição será definida conforme a gravidade do bug e a forma como ele é causado. Caso o erro envolva a manipulação da economia do jogo, como clonagem de itens, KK’s ou Tibia Coins, todas as contas envolvidas poderão ser permanentemente deletadas.

9.	Informações Oficiais
	As fontes oficiais de informação do nosso servidor são o site e o Discord. Qualquer boato ou fofoca que não provenha desses canais deve ser considerada falsa e desmentida imediatamente.

10.	Compartilhamento de Contas
	Embora você tenha a liberdade de compartilhar sua conta com amigos, recomendamos que apenas você tenha acesso a ela. Muitos jogadores perdem seus itens ou progressos por confiar em colegas de jogo, o que pode resultar em roubos.

11.	Passar-se por Membro da Staff
	É estritamente proibido se passar por um membro da staff do Ankh OT, e a infração resultará na exclusão imediata da sua conta.

12.	Divulgação de Streams
	É permitido divulgar o link da sua stream nos canais específicos, desde que você esteja transmitindo o nosso servidor. A divulgação inadequada poderá resultar em punições, como o silenciamento nos canais de comunicação ou, em casos recorrentes e mais graves, banimento temporário.

13.	Donates
	Ao realizar uma doação para o servidor, você está ciente de que isso é uma forma de ajudar e contribuir para a continuidade do servidor, e entende que está doando para o servidor e como forma de bonificação e gratidão, estará recebendo uma quantia de Tibia Coins referente ao valor da sua doação.
13.1	Tentativa de Fraude/Golpe
	Como é conhecido por todo o mundo tibiano, para aqueles que de forma maliciosa, tentarem ludibriar, manipular, iludir, no momento das suas doações, sendo por envio de comprovante falso, cancelamento do pagamento posterior e for possível ser rastreado, as contas/personagens vinculadas ao IP do fraudador, SERÃO DELETADOS, inclusive será efetuado o rastreio de possíveis comercialização de itens, os mesmos, serão deletados.

14.	Multiclient (MC)
	É permitido o uso de multiclient, com a utilização de até 2 personagens no mesmo IP simultaneamente. Sendo permitido o uso na mesma hunt, entretanto é vedado a utilização para PVP. Sendo apenas permitido para uso nas hunts, Dungeons e Bosses. Caso seja detectado que o Jogador/IP esteja infringindo essas regras, todas as contas vinculadas poderão ser banidas, independentemente de estarem diretamente envolvidas na violação.
14.1	Burlar Regra de Multiclient
	Caso seja identificado que o jogador utiliza métodos para burlar ou mascarar a violação da regra 14, como o uso de Proxys, VPNs ou programas que permitam o controle de outros computadores de um único local, a punição equiparada ao uso de MC.
14.2	Uso de MC em PVP
	É extremamente proibido o uso de MC em PVP, isso inclui: auxiliar no PVP, interagir com seu personagem ou com o personagem de outro jogador enquanto outro de seus personagens está presente na mesma área, trapar outro jogador para ajudar seu personagem, transportar itens, como refills ou qualquer outro item, para seu personagem usando outro personagem, utilizar múltiplos personagens para induzir outros jogadores a obter frags/kills com MC.

15.	Traps
	É proibido trancar a saída das Protection Zones, exceto quando o objetivo for perder PK/PZ, caso em que a passagem deve ser liberada imediatamente após. Trancar a Protection Zone para caçar ou criar situações de PVP dentro da zona também é estritamente proibido.

PUNIÇÕES	As punições ficarão a critério da Staff, podendo ser temporárias ou permanente.

BOT	A utilização de bot é permitida.

Violar ou tentar violar as Regras do Ankh OT pode levar à suspensão temporária de personagens e contas. Em casos graves, a remoção ou modificação das habilidades, atributos e pertences do personagem, bem como a remoção permanente de personagens e contas sem qualquer compensação, pode ser considerada. A sanção é baseada na gravidade da violação das regras e no histórico anterior do jogador. É determinada a critério exclusivo do Ankh OT e pode ser imposta sem aviso prévio.

Essas regras podem ser alteradas a qualquer momento. Todas as alterações serão anunciadas no site oficial.
